Pueblo Housing and Community Development (PHCD) was made for the purpose to provide assistance and facilitating access to housing and community services to very low and moderate-income families.
Providing housing assistance through funds from USDA Rural Development or other available grants.
Home ownership counseling to provide education courses to individuals for the purpose of understanding of being a homeowner.
Technical assistance in rehabilitation of homes with AC replacements, handicap ramps.
Support grass root community groups with assisting and facilitate activities by youth sports, youth trainings, and community activities. Certain groups assisted: cancer awareness, B&G Club, youth baseball teams, youth soccer teams, and school sponsored training.
